Liability problems occur when personal property items are removed along with other debris without specific approval. Should you find any items of personal property or belongings of any type with an estimated combined value of more than three hundred dollars ($300 or $200 in FL, and $1 in GA – see p. 1). STOP ALL WORK AT THE PROPERTY. Take photographs of the personal property items, lock all exterior access points to the home and contact Corporate for further instructions. If the property appears in any way to be occupied, or if there is a doubt about the value of personal property, leave the premises and call Regional REO immediately.
